職位要求
1. 負(fù)責(zé)研發(fā)管理工作,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)流程、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和開發(fā)進(jìn)度的規(guī)劃、控制、監(jiān)督和管理;
2. 協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目資源、制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,對(duì)項(xiàng)目中的變更進(jìn)行評(píng)估和控制,建立合理的業(yè)務(wù)迭代規(guī)劃,確保項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施;
3. 負(fù)責(zé)與團(tuán)隊(duì)的協(xié)調(diào)溝通,解決項(xiàng)目痛點(diǎn)問題,推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行;
4. 引入敏捷開發(fā)實(shí)踐,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品與團(tuán)隊(duì)特點(diǎn),制定有針對(duì)性的效率提升方案;
5. 負(fù)責(zé)組織項(xiàng)目各項(xiàng)評(píng)審會(huì)議及項(xiàng)目例會(huì);
